真的很好吃，每个菜都不踩雷，想吃正宗的云南菜，云海肴一定是首选的老字号。南强街巷的这家是总店，由内而外都散发着古朴典雅的气息，楼下大厅是散座，楼上有大小不一的包间。朋友是昆明人，专门订了一个小包房，理由是这家从地理位置到历史传承、从环境氛围到菜品质量都非常不错。帅气的服务员小哥十分热情周到，各种用鲜花、水果酿的酒很有特色。

云海肴属于改良过的云南菜，比较符合外地游客的口味。必点的菜品就是汽锅鸡，这家的汽锅鸡是两吃的，一种最经典的吃法就是先喝汤吃鸡肉，另一种吃法是把鸡肉捞出加调料拌着吃，还是最喜欢经典的吃法，鸡汤的味道特别鲜美。另外还点了火瓢牛肉还有烤豆腐，都是比较经典的云南菜改良口味，味道都很不错。

古老的南塘街上有着昆明老师的建筑，在这里吃滇菜，别有一番风味，云海谣算是昆明云南菜做的比较突出的一家，价格中高还可以接受，菜品做的中规中矩，没有太多的亮点，但是生意挺不错的，每次去都人满为患，也许云南菜才是本地最受欢迎的菜系吧。『一鸡两吃』这个汽锅鸡还是比较推荐的，汤很鲜美，鸡肉捞出来以后还可以拌上花椒鸡的作料，又是一种吃法。『五彩时蔬』看起来颜色很好，感觉上很健康。比较养眼的一道蔬菜。『凉拌菠萝』清爽中带有一点酸辣，算是云南特色吧，这个季节应该凉拌草莓。

这家店是新近才在南强街中段上开张的，应该是改装了老昆明的民居别具韵味，据说是在北上广主打云南菜系己有名气才回老家来开的，地方好找，环境也清静，有个玻璃大开间可看到做菜的过程感觉比较放心舒服呵，黑糖豆花真不错，之前在云南都没吃过什么有特色的甜品

云海肴，一家火爆国内的云南菜餐厅，10余年间开了超过150家分店，足迹遍布国内多个省市。位于南强街88号院的云海肴便是其中一个分店，餐厅一共两层，一楼为大厅、包房在二楼，古香雅致的气质，让人很舒服，中空区的吊灯尤为惹眼。餐厅的火爆程度远超我的想象，雨天6点半未到就已经排队等位了，不愧是网红餐厅。清香金朵汽锅鸡、火瓢牛肉、火腿焖小麦瓜、宜良烤麻鸭、个旧烤猪蹄、牛肝菌焖牛蛙、柠檬香酥鸡&hellip;&hellip;菜品汇集了云南多民族的特色，每一道都有独特的味道和故事。

每次路过它家门口感觉生意都很好，节假日甚至要排队。这次抽空去打卡，下午6点之前还有空位，服务员领位点菜都比较热情，餐厅装修和这条街其它家差不多，都是复古时尚风格。        点了几个主推的招牌菜，火瓢牛肉味道还行，但是牛肉分量太少了；菠萝饭造型和配料不错，可惜不够软糯；柠檬香叶鸡，鸡肉很鲜嫩，入口能感觉到柠檬香味，很独特的口感；老奶洋芋中规中矩，分量倒是挺多。注册会员赠送黑糖豆花，香甜爽滑值得推荐。        总体来说味道都不算太惊艳，但是大部分菜品价格偏高，几个菜如果不是会员，将近300的价格，性价比不行。
